Next week, we'll have an opportunity to chat with an image consultant, an executive coach and a corporate leadership coach . . . Kathy Volpi and I are hoping to gather the questions that are top of mind for our attendees. For example, if you're seeking a new job, are you curious about how to differentiate yourself from other candidates? or, if you're in a leadership position, do you wonder how to motivate your employees during these difficult economic times? Please post your questions and we'll try to include as many as we can in the discussion! Thank you!!

Here are sample questions I've received:

1) Where and how do I begin? I'm a mid career professional ready to take my job to the next level, how do I begin the process of self evaluation?
2) In this tight job market, what areas would you recommend for self assessment to help me differentiate myself in my current workplace?
3) When you coach women in leadership positions, what are some things you tell them to be cognizant of because of their gender?
4) Who is a female leader that you admire? What we can learn from her?
5) As a working mom, I want to maintain a healthy work-life balance. What advice do you have for moms who want to excel in the workplace and at home?
6) When you coach men, what advice do you give them about working effectively with women?
7) When you meet another person, what do you immediately notice about that person that affects your perception?
8) What literature / resources do you recommend I read to continue my self assessment and initiate change?
9) What is the most unique/memorable coaching engagement you've ever managed?
10) As a manager, I want to motivate, inspire as well as effectively manage my direct reports, what advice do you have for me?
